The problem I have with sexlab aroused that if you use the option to increase your time rate with each orgasm is quickly makes the game unplayable as your time rate get very high.

 

Instead I just used a  fixed time rate of 10 which is a bit slow but  you can use sexlab aroused killers  to boost the arousal of your followers.

 

However It would be fun to used the option to set and increasing time rate with each orgasm but have a cap on the maximum time rate , which you can set to maximum of 50 ? Perhaps you could a slider setting the maximum time rate or something similar
