Pause menu broken after Debug animation

Please HELP!! While playing FNV as normal I went to change a few settings in MCM for Sexout and a few mods. While on controller I accidently clicked on SCR animations and enabled debugging and animations 0-99 switched to -nand (and something else), I didn't notice until after unpausing out of MCM that it happened. I attempted to pause and save the game again and now my entire Pause menu and MCM are inaccessible...  What happened and please is there a way to fix it? 

I attempted to reload the game multiple times and nothing fixes it, can I revert to a default sexout mode or something with console commands?

NVSE log keep popping up with 'Received unknown message 20 and 22' constantly.
