I want my sims to walk around with a boner but can only get a boner when using the Wicked Whims Mod.

Hey everyone, I create adult stories for wankwilly.com, and I want to know how can I make my sims maintain their boners even when I'm not using Wicked Whims. In the past I could just change outfits and have my sims have boners and softies as I please, but with the new Wicked Whims, my sims only have boners when I use the mod but as soon as I stop using it the sim loses his boner. Sometimes I just want a character to walk around with a boner but the WW Mod doesn't allow me to do that anymore. I can't even get it back using the change outfits option. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you.

Just make an outfit in CAS where the hard dick is the "pants" with whatever dick mesh you use
