teen sim with a permanent strapon and other physical glitches?

hello. i have a household consisting of a couple and their children, but ever since their oldest aged up, she always seems to be wearing a strapon in her default outfit. i can't remove it and all pairs of pants just glitch over the strapon. there also seems to be the remains of a shirt of some sort glitching over her torso, i can't find a way to remove that either. the child is randomized, i didn't make them from scratch in CAS. is there anything i could do to remove mainly the strapon?

I would try removing WW from your mods > load game and check the household with glitchy teen and save it if it's normal > exit game and put back WW in mods.

(remember to clear game catche after each removal or adding of mods)

 

Hopefully it would reset the problematic sim.
