WW conflict with one tongue MOD?

I put some new mod into the mod folder. 

Then start the game. The WW said there is conflict with a old tongue MOD with WW.

Can some one tell me where is WW's conflict MOD list? So that I can find the conflict MOD and remove it.

maybe mod tongue needs updating????
