RushTX Posted August 31, 2023 Posted August 31, 2023 I just noticed this; not sure how long it's been happening. Having sex makes the needs bars go down. I don't know if I have a setting off that I used to have on or if this is something that came with the new update. They don't go down a lot, but like for social, it would usually completely fill fun and social bars. But now, let's say a sim has a fully green social need bar. After sex, that sim's social bar (along with the social bar of anyone he/she had sex with) is about 1/3 decreased. It also seems to be affecting hunger in the same way, as that bar has the 3 little red arrows in the bar right after sex, and it goes down about 1/3 as well. I definitely noticed the social bar though, which used to be completely filled after sex. I don't see much of an effect on fun; it only goes down a bit. Anyone have any ideas about why this is happening?

Anyone have any ideas about why this is happening? What do you mean by what I just outlined?? Does it make them have LESS of a need to do or for something or MORE of a need to do or for something Please try to clarify Edited August 31, 2023 by PC Naughty Gamer

If the green bar is completely full, all green, it goes down (decreases) after sex. So I guess that would indicate more of a need for it. When I say it goes down about a third of the way, I meant it goes from completely full to about 2/3 full after sex, so not exactly halfway but somewhat close. It doesn't turn yellow; it just decreases a little. Does that help?

If so, what happens then??
ambers_sunshine Posted August 31, 2023 Posted August 31, 2023 This is a bug that's been happening to a lot of others. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. You might just need to use MCC to get their needs back up after sex. That's what I been doing.
RushTX Posted August 31, 2023 Author Posted August 31, 2023 I haven't tried just simple Woohoo without WW. I have that option turned off. I guess I might turn it back on. Good to know it's happening to others though and is a possible bug. Luckily, it doesn't bring down the needs bars too much. So my sims can just chat and flirt a little after sex, which isn't necessarily a bad idea. I had the Talk after sex option turned off, but maybe I should turn it on for the time being. Either way, they have been flirting and chatting on their own, so their social bars go up quickly enough. It was just bugging me because I didn't understand what was going on. Now that I know it might be a bug, I'll just wait for the next update. At least it isn't causing enough problems that I can't play. Thanks for the info. Rush
