Will there be a "super-Earth"?

Recommended Posts

Super-Earth ... what is that?

Super-Earth" is the term used to describe rocky planets - which are significantly larger than the Earth itself

and

have a much higher gravitational acceleration than our home world.

In SFi novels, such high-G aka high-gravity worlds have always existed - but only in the last 5 years have they been proven to exist in real life.

Astronomers suspect that there is such a "super-Earth" far out in the Keuper Belt - beyond the orbit of Neptune or Pluto.

So far, this real 9th planet - working name "Persephone" - is only a scientific hypothesis.

Will "Star-Field" have accessible planets from this category?

Or

Will such a thing be realised by a mod in a few years?
