Small/micro penis with anus rig?

Anyone know any micro or small penis with anus rig for anal animations?

 

or is there a way to adjust the size of noir’s penis or the default ww

WickedWhims/Settings/Nudity Settings/Body Settings/Penis Size Manipulation Switch. Ensure it's checked. Then click the Sim you want to edit and select: Wicked/Personalization/Anatomy & Clothing/Penis Adjustments/Change [insert Sim's name]'s Penis Size.

You can make it as small as you want, but if you're looking for something even smaller than that and with a working anal rig, I don't think that's a thing yet.
