Maternity Overkill Help

I'm trying to download the fertile breeder mod but the maternity Overkill mod won't work/load, other NPCs are just floating heads and hands as well as the players character in some cases, what can I do? Every other mod works fine and I have tried to reinstall it with either Vortex and Mod organizer 2 but to no result

Also, in Mod organizer 2 it says that some files are in "conflict" but I don't know what to do about them
