Sims refusing to be casual sex partners

For some reason, some Sims refuse to be casual sex partners, despite having a high friendship with my Sim.

 

For some sims, they accept, and others they looked bored and reject my Sim.

 

Does anyone know the criteria for Sims to accept being a casual sex partner?

Probably has to do with attraction etc.

Just buy the 'Irresistible' award (or something similar), and you're done. You can have sex even with people you don't know
