Sex event not triggering till cell change help please

OK I've been trying to solve this problem for a very long time, to give a example using submissive lola ( but it happens with a lot of other mods ) if I start by triggering the "may I be of service master ?" outside the first part (kneeling down for a bit) happens but no matter how long i wait nothing happens after until I cell change, then it continues as normal, So I'm asking if anyone knows why or even if anyone can help me word this better so i can search for answers myself.

To give another example using Babo dialogue If I refuse the offer of sex and the result is a attempt at rape, the said rape attempt does not trigger till a cell change, again mostly outside but also does happen if inside first and only triggers once going outside.
