Schlongs of Skyrim not showing penises on specific save? (SE, 1.5.97)

As the title said, it is not working. I did install a few new mods for this plathrough but the only two new big mods were defeat and eager npcs. I Uninstalled eager npcs before starting it and defeat doesn't seem to have any issues with this.

 

I checked my papyrus log and it doesn't show any errors, simply saying : removing slot52 from 0 stored armor add-ons.

 

I do see one thing in the console: 

MusSOSManager disable actor: my pc name / npc name

 

The same lines show up after a sexlab scene but are enabled instead of disabled

 

The erection spell also no longer  works.

 

 

The weird part is that it is just this save. If I load another save without even quitting to desktop and instead main menu, it works just fine .

 

Is this fixable, or should I just abandon this save and assume it'll be fixed new playthrough?
