d3dx.ini entry outside of section

Ive been getting error messages after installing Minazukis Swimsuit swapper mod.

Can anyone help me understand whats going on?

Ive already installed the latest SS Menu.

Upgrade your d3dx.ini should solve your problem,download it in here

but this is the file I used at the beginning,

and the file in this post shows the same error code.

(I think the two files are the same version)
