Bloons TD6 Modding Help

I am decently familiar with modding Unity games, but I am at a loss for Bloons TD6. It used to be a fairly simple process to make a texture mod in this game. At the time, I used UABE to replace the textures in game and everything worked as expected, but there was an update maybe a year ago that removed the ability to use this process. I am unfamiliar with how Streaming Assets work in Unity. The .bundle files are all found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\BloonsTD6\BloonsTD6_Data\StreamingAssets\aa\StandaloneWindows64\Full" but when opening in UABE, it fails with the following error: "Open as bundle: [ERROR] Unable to process the bundle file header or lists. | Open as .assets: [ERROR] .assets file is invalid or unsupported."

 

I can't find much info online about this, but mods are still being produced for the game. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
