Mod that allow to use and manage multiple Skin Textures and Normalmaps

Hello i'm looking for a mod that gives us the possiblity to use various skin textures and normalmaps (fit / muscular / pregnant etc).

 

Something like Obody https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/77016 and Realistic Racial Body Diversity https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/87239?tab=description to manage different skin textures for different characters.

I am aware of one for different racial textures, but not down to specific characters
