How to change skin for Charmers of the Reach

I'm trying to make a more realistic, darker skinned character. I put all the necessary DDs files where they need to be, but body and head don't match. Anyone knows the solution?

the head and body textures, when you replaced the texture files did they over write anything or did they just migrate to the folder along with the original files?

I have three DDS files - body, hands and head - and these files overwrite the original ones in the texture folder of the Charmers mod.
