Sims can only solo

My sims can only solo no matter the object or space they won’t interact manually or spontaneous I keep getting error saying interaction failed or an error message saying that the interaction is not available if I asked to join and they aren’t even random strangers they are couples they are able to watch each other and autonomously also solo I need help figuring it out if anyone has any idea what’s goin on all my add on are up to date

Your sims have to be willing to join in

 

I forget what setting you have to adjust if one sim is underage (IE a teen) & another is a young adult, you need to have the Wicked Whims Inappropriate Unlock Mod IN ADDITION to Wicked Whims

The sims I was playing with are both young adults in a relationship in the same household so that definitely not the reason unless the games is reading one as a teen
