How can I keep NPC-only sex interactions from progressing to new animations

When my sim has sex with an NPC or another sim, I figured out how to keep it from progressing to another animation unless I tell it to.

 

But how can I do that when two NPCs are having sex? I really want to be able to keep NPCs from progressing and the only way to do it is to create a playlist with the one animation in it, and have that list play so they stay on the one animation.

 

Is there a way to get NPC's only sex interaction to NOT progress to another animation unless I say so?

 

Even being able to set a time duration for NPC-only sex could work, but that option also only exists for player sim interactions as far as I can see.
