Help with Futa Character Idea

Hey everyone, hope y'all are doing great! I've recently downloaded Skyrim SE again and decided to venture into the NSFW modding world, and I had an idea for this playthrough and I'd appreciate if someone could help me with it.

Basically, I'll be playing as a female character who has the unusual power to grow a schlong whenever she wants to. That way she can have sex with both genders in a "lore friendly" way (it's kinda nitpicky, I know lmao). I've downloaded SoS and the Futa Addon so far, but I've found quite boring to always go through my favorites to equip and unequip the schlong, so I'm wondering if there's a mod that makes that process automatic? I've been searching for a while but haven't found anything.

A spell/shout that equips and unequips items just like:

Use Spell > Equip Item from Inventory
Use Spell > Unequip Item from Inventory

If there isn't, would it be hard to make one myself? (I've never created a mod)

Bonus question: If I use the "equipapple" schlong, would it work with Fertility Mode? Like would my character be able to knock up NPCs?
