Help with a simple feature of WW I cannot seem to sort out

Hi,

 

I am just trying to randomize male sim's genitals. I started with just the WW body, so naturally everyone looked exactly the same, but then I installed the 'Realgens' mod and then went to Body Selector > Customise all sims > All male sims > randomize. 

 

However, despite this I have noticed that everyone looks exactly the same still. Is there any way to fix this? I want to be able to use all of the attractiveness features properly. No sims have any penis preferences, they are all at 0.0%, despite me hitting the develop preferences button for all sims.
