Arlecchino tattoo overlay from Genshin Impact for Skyrim SE

Hello everyone, I come here to request a simple mod, I tried and I couldn't now I'm asking for help, I wish someone could do it for me, it's a tattoo overlay like Arlecchino from Genhsin Impact, the overlay is about creating a tattoo that darkens from the hands to the forearm and has these symbols as you can see in the print below.

 

 

I couldn't do it on my own so I'm asking for help, no need to do ring effects on fingers.
