Wandering what this mod was again

So, for a good while, i remember having on my LE version of Skyrim (Which i no longer play) having a mod where, as soon as you become dragonborn, the citizens start to fear you, so as if by magic, devious devices would lock onto your character

mod guy removed it. won't put it back up. He says only condition is if someone updates it to new devious device version and some other shit i dont remember. Look at le request threads one of the recently updated one asks it and has the answer
