Looking for nude version of this mod. (Updated post.) Made this very early this morning and it was very shitty so I'm fixing it

I was wondering if I could get some help finding the nude version of this mod if one does exist. I'm specifically interested in the character on the thumbnail for the mod. Any help is appreciated.
