These npc were made based on the base sims of CAS so you can say that this is a kind of makeover, I will probably follow the same ideas in future creations.

you can use this mod to add or remove any npc from your job, a new option to do this will appear in the mailbox.

this usually happens when they have a career, try using the MCCC to dismiss them
