Ya know, while I was being confused about the Exposed Sybil mod, I did see a comment from the creator in February saying that he was still planning to update it, so I may have been confused about him retiring too. It was literally the most reasonable crashout I've ever seen so I would not have blamed him, tbh.

It's actually very simple to mod this game. I will definitely update it, just not sure when. The constant uphill battle against censorship and westernization of gaming has had me in a slump, and general disinterest in gaming as a whole much less modding. I'm sort of on a hiatus currently.

I understand where you're coming from. With how things are rn, being in the dumps would be a fair reaction.

 

Though I have learned that the best thing to do to get out of a slump is to just do something really tiny that requires the skills you used a lot previously to try to create another spark

My challenge with it is that the model's UV mapping sucks, it's all scrunched up.

While I could just add a dot there, it appears stretched or slightly off to where the anus should be depending on the camera angle. Not to mention that the pixel also paints a part of her legs and ears as well. While I could move the UV map of that particular area elsewhere, that leads to a texture seam since the texture itself is a gradient.

I'll still try and see what I can do. I am planning on giving her other outfits that exposes her crotch the same treatment.

I remember with the original Exposed Sybil mod, her pussy spreads rather unnaturally whenever she spreads her legs.

Even someone in Nexus pointed this out.

The mod author thinks that adding more polygons would fix the problem but no, I'm pretty sure this is just a weight painting / vertex group issue.

When I modelled in the vagina, the new vertices that formed the vulva automatically becomes part of the existing vertex groups which results in this:

When I simply unassigned those new vertices from the thigh and leg vertex groups, the slit will remain closed:

I'm also considering doing a featureless nude version of the model since it looks pretty easy to do by moving the UV map of her torso to her fur colour.

People have been requesting for it, so I figured I might as well.

Yeah when I originally did this mod, it was in the early days of the game. I was requested to upload my mod to nexus so that the mod page could be made quicker. Problem is that nexus can be full of critics. Didn't feel like editing the weights for the model so it would remain mostly the same as it was in the original. Fortunately, modding this game is very easy and I always encourage other modders to try and learn the skill so they can mod games they have interest in. I'm not a furry personally so I wouldn't be able to properly capture the passion anthro fans have for certain characters like Sybil.

Finally got Unreal Engine 5.1 installed so I can import the model into the game:

As good as it may look, there's still some kinks that need ironing out such as restoring her blinking, hiding her face texture in first person view, and fixing the weight painting. Should be pretty close to being done, but this is only one model. There's three other variations of the same outfit that have yet to be edited as well.

Sorry for the long wait, I was busy working on other mods and I had trouble with weight painting her butt to look right unless I could import her animations to Blender which I finally did today. However, the mod still isn't finished yet as there's other variations of her outfits that have yet to be anatomically-corrected. I also plan to do a replacement version of the mod so the game would act like Sybil always has her bits visible for her original outfits instead of as additional outfits that require Attire UI Overhaul.  In other words: update is planned.

I did what I could to make it look not too bad in-game but the distortion can still happen depending on her animations.

By the way, her butt hole texture is only 9 pixels. If I make it any darker, the stretching/distortion will be more noticeable in-game.

This is excellent! Thank you so much! However, there is one small glitch I found when using this; it messes with the texture of the Guardian costume. It puts these weird black lines on her thighs that aren't supposed to be there. Come to think of it, the other nude mod messed up this costumes textures too...

 

Also, I don't mean to presume, but do you plan to release a fully nude version of this in addition to the costume edits you have planned?

What's crazy is she has hooves, not feet, lol.

 

No judgment here, just pointing out that it would require more than just enlarging, it would mean she needs newly modeled feet entirely for that, lol.
