All sims that aren't part of the active household, have bags on their heads.

I know this has come up before, but I can't seem to find the fix in here.

I'm pretty sure it's an easy fix, but I can't remember what causes it. 

 

Does anyone have any ideas?

I was having that problem myself. But I didn't want to disable all NAPs.. so I found..
