game crashes (new modder)

so i decided i wanted to try my hand at modding and since im a dirty perv i ended up here. issue is. my game keeps crashing at launch . i have very little idea what im doing here but would like to get more knowledgeable. my mod list on MO2 is as follows and ill post the crash log as well
