Need some help or guide on putting a schlong on npcs and monsters

Need some help adding a dick on this demonic demon guy here

 

I've been using nifskope and got to add it on the model and its in the game but sadly it doesn't move with the body and stays in place. So was wondering if anyone has any knowledge with this

 

Also this might be the wrong place to ask this if so I'll take my post down after someone redirects me where to properly post this

I feel your pain, I have Elder Scrolls online and I'm devistated that there are no penis's on the argonians... I cant even figure out which framework I need lol. At least you have some idea about this kind of stuff... Wish you luck
