How to get reasonable muscle texture / normal maps with fair skin and TRX Futanari?

I want to get muscle texture on my female character with TRX Futanari but the thing is that it seems like every futanari mods uses Fair Skin, which doesn't have muscle texture options. The ones I find are too muscular for my taste because I just need toned, not body builders. If there is a patch for 3BA, that would be great but it seems like TRX Futanari works with 3BA out of the box?
