Issues with female sim having penis when they shouldnt

Hello, after the recent update I've updated my game and have an issue where one of my families mom and daughter have penis lower body now that I can't change. I've tried setting it in CAS and the body select and it's telling me it's using a vagina but offers penis adjustments and still shows when nude. If any of you can help it'd be vastly appreciated!

i had a similiar but opposite problem, i resolved it by having the sim use the toilet standing instead of sitting
it should be in the CAS options on the left along with pregnancy and other stuff i forgot about

You can fix this by simply going to CAS and changing the sims from female to male. After that, revert the sim to female cuz it will reset the whole genitalia.

By any chance, did you used MCCC to change the sim's sex and gender?

I had this issue happening with one of my sims, and I managed to fix it by clicking on the sim and going Wicked > Personalization > Anatomy & Clothing > Genitals and clicking Set to have Penis. Then I entered the Body Selector and selected a hard and soft penis. Then I went back to the Genitals option and clicked Set to Have Vagina, and tada, problem solved.

 

I'm not sure if the middle part, going into the Body Selector and choosing the penis' was actually part of the fix, but hey, it worked!
