I would buy the game again if there is some decent sex animations with Rivet. I dont think its possible though. At most I think you can have model changes but thats it

Modders are already laying the groundwork for this game... I have hopes

If they can mod the Spiderman games, this should work too.

you guys think the fact that Rivet and Ratchet i am pretty sure use the same body mesh is going to be a problem to mod even if you just simply add breasts to Rivet?

Nice. When I first saw this thread, I was about to say that we need to figure out how to extract the files first.

I guess we got that part sorted out, but what about replacing assets with our own?

What do you mean? Both characters do not look like they share the same body mesh, Rivet's body is noticeably slimmer with wider hips than Ratchet's.

Considering that each character's default outfit is literally different, there shouldn't be any problems where one character's model replacement affects the other.

update on that i replayed and i see they do indeed have different default costumes and skins therefor it should still be mod able.

i just want a more defined chest for rivet lol don't really need a nude mod. i checked out the model swap. has alot of requirements i am not sure about though.

I see nothing that requires a lot of requirements. Unless you consider needing the .NET runtime and updated VC redistributable to be too much. The modding tool is a .net program written in C so it makes perfect sense that it would require both of those to function lol.

If anyone's looking for models, I found one for Rivet that I believe to be canonically accurate.

However, that was like a couple years ago because the creator (Lukas0122_the_best) apparently decided to purge his stuff since then which I think is a massive shame.

Thankfully, I downloaded it before it got removed but there was also a Ratchet model as well that I missed. Here's the archived SmutBase page.

The file is quite big though (500 MB) so I hope it's alright if I share an external download link here:

I have found another model of Ratchet that seems to be on-model, created by RockyRCoon, which got released fairly recently in time for the PC version release of R&C: Rift Apart, but it's paywalled however. I mean it does look pretty good but $25 USD is quite steep which is almost A$40 where I live so yeah nah, someone else has to get it.

They indeed do and they're meant to be tapering, not knotted.

Ratchet's genitalia from that model is probably the only part that may not be accurate when you consider that lombaxes are supposedly a feline-like race.

But then again, they're an alien race so whatever Ratchet's penis is meant to look like is anyone's guess.

If anyone has 3D modelling experience, they could always edit the model to add spines to his dick.

We need tools to extract models from the game's asset files and a way to successfully replace them in-game first.
