[REQUEST/iDEA] Some ENF player audio mod ideas?

1. If you're naked by not wearing any body/torso armor and seen by any human NPC, your player character could play/speak out some audio clip that you can customize via mp3s/wavs/however it can be accomplished. Something to liven up all the armor degradation mods (mortal weapons has audio clips but only whenever your armor breaks; loot degradation, etc.)

2. Idle player comments! Extensively if they were able to be conditional, like if you're wearing certain types of gear, naked out in the wilderness, restrained by certain gear from cursed loot, etc.

If any soul wants to take a crack at fulfilling my last couple of nuances for an ENF-gathering of mods, I'd greatly appreciate it. :B
