How to disable a sim asking if they can join the sex group??

try this:

Wicked

> Settings

>> Sex Settings

>>> Autonomy Settings

>>>> Autonomy Triggers

>>>>> Joining Sex Switch (defaults to On)

... setting this to off will disable autonomous joining.
