Mod manager problem

So i got this mod from the forums that is supposed to be a mbp all in one and once i finally got i downloaded and try to install it with the mod, my pc slows down to a crawl and it stops half way and never goes any further

You should be using OBLIVION mod manager for one if your not already.

 

Mbp is massive so it will take a while for it to install correctly, it can take up to 10mins.

I am using Oblivion mod manager and i left it sit for hours and it didn't install? i am thinking maybe something happened when i downloaded it from the forums and am going to try re downloading it.
