Visual bug during sex

Got some sims to make out on the floor, but then came this visual bug only on sims with penis (both male and female):

 

I also get this rig alert everytime i enter on the game:

The Game Version is the 1.98.158.1020 and the WickedWhims on v176e. I also have lots of mods, probably some of them outdated is giving me trouble, but i can't identify which.
Can someone help me, please?

Just found the culprits: probably one of this two was giving me troubles.
