seems like you didn't "connect" material to mesh or material is empty without textures

Do the mods only work on EGS version of the game? It's not working on Steam's version

Yes

No idea then I use neither egs or steam I use the own game launcher and it works.
What characters are you trying keep in mind most of the mods are for the 5 star characters,

I can confirm that the mods work on the version directly downloaded from the publisher.

One thing to remember is that many of the mods are NOT for the base characters you get but for their upgraded (5-star?) versions.   You can check if a skin works by going to the character select screen and looking through the list of locked and unlocked characters.  Unlocked characters may have different skins accessed by the coat-hanger icon.

A couple of mods which work on the default characters are:

so check if those work on the original Lyfe and Fenny.

Mods do work on steam version. Right click the game, manage, browse local files then put all mod .pak in this directory. 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SNOWBREAK\Game\Content\Paks\~Mods

 

I will probably drop a zip of all the mods I currently use soon. One of my favorite modders has quit sharing their mods because people kept spreading them. I understand his point of view, exposure could very well create the devs to make the game less moddable some way, but it still comes across as egotistical to me since he had thousands upon thousands of people enjoying his mods and quit when one person broke his no share rule.

Do you guy know what happen to this guy "CCkongge". All of his mod got delete from Nexus. Event though his mod don't have jiggle physic, it still decent.

Because someone shared screenshots of his MOD publicly, and later someone resold his MOD with a note of after-sales updates, he felt unhappy and deleted them all.

Yeah, that really sucks.  To be honest I find myself really sympathizing with CCkongge.

For new players, I just uploaded a collection of the nude (and a couple of skimpy) mods that I use from Nexus as it can be a real pain and quite time-consuming to figure out which ones are compatible.   As always, full credit belongs to the original authors.

Ok, so aside from putting the files in the proper folder anything else I need to do, like installing a program or something? And is there any risk in doing it? (yes, I'm new to this game and adding mods it, I've only previously used mods in Senran Kagura and DoA games)

Don't know why you'd make a whole new topic to share this, since this topic is literally in the same forum.
Here is my mod folder. All nude dormitory except Cherno, and Enya is in a skimpy outfit. A few nude outfits, I tried to keep it mostly skimpy with nudity. A lot of the standard outfits untouched. A ton of CCkong's stuff. Nearly all of it not on the Nexus. 6* Chenxing has a unique outfit and I have zero idea which file that is.

File naming is not consistent among the modders.

All you have to do is place the files in the proper folder.

 

Be aware that as this is a live service game, technically you could get banned for this.   However, these mods have been publicly available for a while and many people have been using them since they came out.  So it seems unlikely that the game company would do anything, at least without first warning people.
