Easy way to make all female characters nude?

Is there an easy way to make all female characters in the game nude?  I messed around with CBBE and body sliders but it seems like I'd have to individually change every outfit in order to do this.  Looking for a quicker method/mod.  Thank you.

my first thought was maybe use SPID to give a nude ring type item to every female npc

Spell Perk Item Distributor(SPID) is available on nexus. As far as my understanding goes, it makes it relatively easy to make game-time changes to equipment / perks of NPCs. I have a few patches that use it to add VTAW clothes to various factions.
