Lover's Desire not working on any NPC's

Today when i played skyrim again for some reason i can't seem to be able to use the lover's desire spell on any npc's, i tried reloading animation using SLAL and relaoding FNIS to no avail. I checked papyrus log and found this:

I'm not really sure what debug log but that is all i could do to trying to fix the problem myself
