Hi, im having the same Issue.

 

Game Version: 1.99.264.1030, WickedWhims Version: v176d, SOL, P:160 S:2 D:1

TypeError: type object got multiple values for keyword argument 'routing_context

 

All mods are downloaded today and the game is also uptodate.

I think its something with the latest gameupdate, since than there are problems.

Can anyone help?

It seems to be only happening when sex is over

Same for me. My sims just disappear and get stuck in the sex animation even if i cant see them

A temporary Workaraound is to exit to main menu (and save before) and reload. Than everything works again.

Update wicked whims to 176e and that should fix it. In any case, Slice of life has been broken for quite some time, you should remove it until it eventually gets an update or it will most likely cause issues.

Update wicked whims to 176, and make sure all your other mods are also updated or cleared for the latest game version (if that is the version your are using).
