A facial expression glitch

Hi,

 

I just thought I'd briefly mention about a glitch that I had with Skyrim as I was using it to create some good varied facial expressions for NPC's when using sex addicts.

 

What this glitch did was when I talked to an NPC if I left the dialog early with the tab key it would freeze the facial expression in that position, I could then talk to them again, and exit at different times to get different expressions, so I could cycle through until I got a good expression that I wanted and then use that with sex addicts without freezing the animation phase like with Mood Magic.

 

It even worked during the animation phase in the toggle free cam, and it made the whole animation of sex addicts look far more realistic.

 

I've always looked for a mod like this without success, and this glitch was working really well, a real improvement on realism for the sex animations, but unfortunately I had to re-install all my mods, and now the glitch has gone and I can't recreate it.

 

Does anyone know if I Mod like this already exist? Or perhaps someone would be interested in looking into making this as a mod, perhaps based on this random glitch I had?

Just to say I've got this glitch thing working again, for some reason it only works in Riverwood, when I load a new save game, I don't know if this will work for everyone, but if someone maybe wants to try it I'm using Skyrim patched to 1.9.

 

I know this isn't a mod, but it's very effective for this purpose so I thought I'd just mention it on here.

I looked into the same as it happened in skaal village for me. I think it happens when npcs get stuck on an expression triggered by dialog.

 

I found a recent mod that seems to use this "glitch", but haven't got to test it with any sex mods (i'm using SL). If this works it would be awesome to have this in SL, triggered by different stages etc...

Thanks for the link, I seem to be able to recreate this quite easily now, but it does seem specific to certain areas, (riverwood for me) I think after I fast travel it works also, if you want to try it with SL, it will work in tfc during a sex animation phase, you can trigger the dialog of the npc by pointing the camera away from the NPC, usually I just have to move the camera around a little until I find the point were dialog triggers, and then tabbing out early.
