Maybe an LL addon? So, you have to track down your aggressor otherwise there will be a worsening debuff. Not just enemy but civilian rapists too, so there is actual incentive to commit murder which would link to prison mods?

I have never heard of such a mod 1:1 what you are asking for.

Baka mods like this and others from the same author https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/17496-babodialogue/ have real and fake stealing options for certain events, I think its mostly bandits but its possible there are some with civilians. Public whore has people people walk out without paying if you have settings set to you managing the money, I don't think they physically have the money automatically I never tried to pickpocket them but that would be a fun way of nudging the player into crimes, in this case pickpocket, it probably doesn't but having to pay the difference from your own pockets would still push you towards crimes anyway.

Whorecrux has the player get weakening curse that will have you constantly lay magical gems, which can be stolen either right away or whenever you drop them (SL survival can also trigger drops of those gems with the optional feature steep fall), you get a marker on who has them and you can ask for them politely but they are not gonna be free, again forcing you  to either pickpocket or kill them, the debuffs are pretty severe and things get worse if you have too much sex or get overfilled and plugged.

 

Sadly sometimes you need multiple mods to realize the idea you might have for your playthrough, what you are proposing would be pretty fun though.

This is technically achievable as is.

Use Shadow of Skyrim and disable the Death Alternative part, and let either Death Alternative: Your Money or Your Life with SL Defeat or whatever defeat mod you use handle the death alternative. The enemy who got the killing blow on you will become your nemesis, you'll get raped, and then you'll get dropped off somewhere depending on which defeat mod you use.

Oh, you can actually disable that part and it still works? What a shame there is no LE version, is there any similar mod on Oldrim? I have some mods that I can't part with that kinda break on SE or work much worse from looking at the mod threads.

Quoting the author just in case so they actually notice there is a response if they are not following the thread (could also be following as hidden ?‍♂️) its not quite what they wanted but this is as close as you can get.
