Telmiltarion Follower Needs Pee, so What do I do?

I'm Shezza. Greetings from Canada!

 

This is the first this has happened in my game, but I have a follower (Telmilmatarion) who has expressed the need to answer  the call of nature. Problem is, my character or I don't know how to help him.

 

Questions: On the Nexus, are  the any mods that can help with  this? 2) If there are, what are they?

I guess you may  have installed private needs discreet,you can cancel your followers' needs in the mcn pnd column
