To be honest, that is very little to go on. Provide more info such any other quotes, new mods installed, screenshot of whole scene. Anything really.

that few full scene but other that all can give you is it sounds sort of robotic the voice.

apropos2 -> Events and Messages -> Periodic messages   has a setting to allow timed messages, or deactivation of the messages..
