Request- Press a key to continue during loadscreens

Can someone come up with a mod that makes the loadscreen to appear for a certain duration or  alternatively with a Press a key to continue?

 

This mod is ONHOLD due to my new HW config.

I have upgraded my HW after six years and this SSD and RAM and CPU is killing my progress on loadscreenartmods.

I have now just half a second to view my loadscreens...and that is not enought to work on them/test them./enjoy them/

 

This 'MEM' is just the biggest bulls#it and drives me crazy  PLEASE HELP
