Lighting Bug(Probably?)

So, this started happening... Lots of pics for comparison's sake, and to demonstrate how it changes depending on view angle ETC. I only noticed it in these locations so far, strangely enough, which makes it more baffling.

As for what I thought were seams on the sky, well, just moving revealed they are in fact not seams but rather some strange lighting related issue, perhaps weather or fog?

Any help or pointers would be appreciated, I can provide any installation info necessary as well(LO and so on).

In case anyone's still wondering, that's all due to Mists of Tamriel.

That's usually caused by ENB/ReShade not being calibrated to work with, in this case as you discovered, Mists of Tamriel.
