Strap-on / penis problem

So I had a penis on my female sim but I had to remove it because it was glitching as the strap on is doing now and I don’t know what to do to fix it 

 

can someone help me

I thought it was an old penis use, but it was from the root, so maybe there is another rig in the mix. you may need to do a file search on rig and delete the corresponding data. Or try downloading a strap-on updated after August 2022 and switch to that. If the problem persists, upload your WW.log here.
