WW Animated Vagina + Anus on a custom ripped model

So i know the current default body of WW supports animated vagina and anus, which works perfectly with the actual Rig. My question is, is it possible to have them also working on a custom sim ripped out of the game for blender using TS4SimRipper as long as long as the model is ripped having the default WW body. I have tried this already being half succesful, only having the anus animate but not the vagina. I am trying to to make custom animations made for the specific sim.
