You can try asking him for the Sim (try his Patreon), but in the likely event he says no, your best bet is to create a similar Sim. You could also try recreating the Sim exactly, but that obviously requires decent knowledge of CC, to the point of being able to recognize it visually, and above-average CAS skills. It's not impossible. I do concur, though. She is pretty cute.
