Whicked Whims mods doesnt seem to work?

Since the update from sims 4 i went to the the WW mod page to download the newest version but none of my mods seem to work and all the sims still have forced underwear on. I have custom content enabled and everything and it pops up at the start, but that's it. no nudity or anything, even after removing every single mod
