As the basis for the octopus tattoo taken from -Ron (SeaDog)
Tattoo on the neck Hoodlem (patreon) free content. old version

 

The tattoo was completely redone.
The old version was too cluttered.
Compatible with HQ.
The tattoo may look different on your skin tone .May require less intensity for the tattoo to look realistic. 
Don't forget to install: mod: Color Sliders for Hair, Clothes, & Accessories
